Technician, Facilities Maintenance

RequirementsSupport the organization within every area facilities maintenance towards shopping mall business operations.Key Responsibilities

Maintenance of building electrical and mechanical system; HVAC & chiller system: FCU, lightings, wiring, escalator, lift, kitchen system, firefighting system, CMMS, BMS.
Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
Electrical safety awareness/ prevention.
Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.
