- Attain ambitious lead-generation growth targets by developing a scalable Outbound Sales Development engine to engage and acquire independent restaurant clients.
- Lead and mentor the SDR team to exceed monthly lead-generation objectives.
- Innovate and refine the Sales Development strategies, motions, and pitches.
- Develop and maintain SDR training materials, conducting weekly sessions to enhance sales skills.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team for efficient SQL handoffs and work across functions to gather market insights.
- Analyze and optimize the lead-generation funnel, overseeing all sales development activities within Salesforce.
- Clearly communicate strategies and results to Management, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Focus on hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent while maintaining a customer-centric and employee-centric culture.
- Possess at least 2 years of Sales Development management experience in a fast-growing tech company, ideally within the restaurant technology sector.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in English, with a proven sales track record.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful SDR teams and implement effective sales development processes.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and a systematic approach to management.
- Excellent at client engagement and skilled in fostering internal consensus.
- Energetic, creative, and committed to driving the Sales Development engine in alignment with our team culture.
- Skilled in Salesforce for managing team performance and forecasting.
- Have a foundational understanding of building and analyzing data to drive decisions; expertise in data analysis is appreciated but not required.
- Possess a “fair but firm” leadership style aimed at maximizing the growth of our Clients, their customers and your SDRs
- You have experience in a consumer driven industry with a passion for the customer.
- You have WeCom experience preferred - The majority of our clients use WeChat over email, and WeCom is the preferred client communication tool for all GTM teams aside from phone calls.
- You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
- This is a permanent night shift - Experience working a night shift is highly desirable
- This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is an onsite role (remote work not permitted)
