Job Responsibility Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities both locally and internationally. Build and maintain a strong client portfolio by identifying prospects, understanding their unique requirements and delivering tailored solutions. Oversee day-to-day operations in the company and ensuring compliance with local regulations and efficient business processes. Lead, mentor and manage a team of staff members, fostering a team work and high-performance working environment. Manage and streamline payroll processes for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Provide guidance and share industry experience with subordinates and helping them navigate the complexities of corporate services including company setup, compliance and governance. Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing our expertise and the value of our services. Stay updated with corporate laws and regulations in Malaysia, other relevant jurisdictions and offering expert advice to our clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company's growth and success. Generate regular reports on business development activities, market trends and client feedback. Job Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of setting up companies in Malaysia, managing international company operations including staff and payroll management. Strong leadership and staff management skills. Excellent communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the corporate services industry.
