• Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining key network KPI’s which directly impacts the network’s reliability.
• Plan and execute TOC Preventive Maintenance scheduling and adherence on network elements as per requirements are done and Corrective Maintenance to follow through.
• Chargeman is accountable for the safety and maintenance of all live electrical system under the Act. In Maxis, the responsibility of Chargeman covers the maintenance of all operation critical systems including air-conditioning, fire-fighting, DC and UPS power, all general building maintenance etc.

• Sarawakian citizenship.
• Certificate of Competency as Chargeman for Low Voltage L1 & L2 certified by the Electricity Rules, 1999 under the Electricity Ordinance, Sarawak.
