- Maintenance Execution & Operations Hubs support – In Maintenance Execution, you will contribute by supporting the safe execution of activities offshore primarily in a campaign approach. You are based onshore, but mobilize offshore as required during the execution period such as Major PM/CM. In Hub support, you will be the primary onshore support team and first point of contact to enable smooth day to day running of operations under the leadership of the respective Hubs lead. Your tasks will be short term in nature. You will be expected to solve issues, perform short term optimizations and identify & support emerging longer term issues resolutions. You will have access to technical authorities within the discipline, but you are to engage them on an as need basis.
- Central Engineering - You will be part of a team which aims to enhance production reliability or gains through on longer term strategic initiatives via the Asset Management System (AMS) processes, WRFM activities, plant modifications to improve reliability, performance or expand capacity as well as PSC commitments. As part of this team, you may also be dedicated to asset-run projects. The majority of team member in this NT will function as Activity owners having end to end accountability to deliver these "mini" projects and activities. You may be required to support the other NT on a case-by-case basis.

- Facilitating/supporting in causal analysis of rotating equipment failures
- Leadership and Behavior: Strong self-leadership with the ability to function independently as well as collaborate strongly with multiple disciplines to deliver team Goals. Ability to interact with both junior staff and senior leadership. Keen to coach and guide more junior members of the team.
- Regular interface with peers in related teams, disciplines, and processes. Frequent interfaces with GM-2 and GM -1 leadership and occasional interface with GM and above on request.
- External Interfaces:
- Contribute to engagement with external stakeholders relevant to the delivery of the Natural goals. Stakeholders include but not limited to Global SMEs, JV Partners, Regulators, and customers as required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills infacilities engineering with an emphasis on rotating equipment experience.
- A minimum of five years of Rotating Equipment experience (operation support/ repair/ maintenance) in a refinery, petrochemical, industrial or upstream setting.
- Rotating Equipment Level competency in accordance with the Global Rotating Equipment Engineering Competences and Job Competence Matrix. Applicants must demonstrate competency by virtue of their current role and level or to demonstrate higher level competence if seeking progression.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
