We are dedicated to helping Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) digitize and grow their businesses in a cost-effective and scalable way. Our innovative solutions are trusted by businesses across more than 60 industries, with a strong focus on the F&B and Retail sectors. We are launching an exciting payment soundbox product to help SMEs accept PayNow payments with audio confirmation. To drive this expansion, we're looking for a Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing sales team focused on merchant acquisition. This Is What Your Job Scope Will Be Account Management Build strong relationships with key merchants to support adoption and satisfaction. Provide tailored solutions to meet merchants' business needs. Identify upsell opportunities and ensure long-term merchant success. Leadership Lead, Drive and Set performance targets, track results, and ensure the team hits KPIs. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Merchant Acquisition Executives. Analyze sales data and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Cultivate a high-performance, high-accountability sales culture. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams - Marketing, Product, Ops, and Customer Success. Communicate frontline merchant insights to improve strategy and product offerings. Represent EPOS at external events, roadshows, and SME networking sessions. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role Background in payments, POS systems or credit card acquiring. Results-driven with a track record of hitting aggressive sales targets Comfortable with ground-level field sales and merchant-facing work Fluent in English (Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus) CRM literacy (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven mindset Self-motivated, performance-driven, result-oriented, and eager to learn Able to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
