Job Summary: Work with ERP systems users and management to support the system. Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the implementation of organization's ERP related application system. Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, analyses and resolves incidents/requests regarding use of ERP system. Provide technical assistance and support to end-users who are experiencing issues with ERP applications. To understand and analyse the ERP and business workflow of the company. Power BI, X++ development and administration. Design and maintain effective data to support efficient information access and extraction by relevant users. Strong communication and collaboration with all levels of user. Job Requirements: Degree holder in Computer Science / Management Information System or related field. 5 years and above related experiences. Experience in LCS/DevOps and ERP systems , especially Microsoft AX/D365 will be an added advantage. Proficient with Visual Studio , DevOps , Power BI , Power Automation , X++ , MS SQL or .NET programming skill. Able to communicate in Malay and English.
