Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Key Account Executive to manage and grow key retail accounts. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, ensuring promotional excellence, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand visibility and sales performance in a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of assigned key accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian) Work closely with buyers and category managers to execute promotions, listings, and campaigns Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to optimize inventory and forecast demand Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand activations and point-of-sale strategies Lead periodic business reviews with retail partners Track competitor activity and provide market feedback to internal teams Work with supply chain to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts Support the Head of Sales in meeting overall channel sales targets Requirements Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in key account management or retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG Strong knowledge of health & beauty retail operations (Watsons, Guardian, etc.) Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with fast-changing or trend-based products is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Exposure to leading mass premium beauty brands A dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment Career development opportunities in a growing company Show more Show less
