Client Background: MNC Industry : Semiconductor Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Headcount: 1 Position Title : HR Executive/Senior Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM4,000 - RM7,000 Responsibilities Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances. Assist in resolving employee relations issues. Training and development: Manage and perform full spectrum of training & development function including conduct orientation training to new joiners. HR administration: To ensure HR records are in proper. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulation, employment pass application. Maintaining and updating HR related records and systems. Manage and handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and management. Requirement Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Admin or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment. Knowledge with current HR practices and Employment Act / Industrial Relations Act & other employment statutory related requirements. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Experiences and familiar with Expatriate Service Division (ESD) Application
