Quality Assurance Manager

• Prepare and submit quality documentation for modular electrical products, including procedures, specifications, and inspection standards.

• Support qualification and certification processes according to market access and customer requirements.

• Develop inspection criteria for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods based on design and quality expectations.

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials and components from suppliers; conduct statistical analysis and drive corrective actions when necessary.

• Identify and document non-conformities; coordinate with internal teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective measures.

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in any manufacturing industry (electrical or mechanical preferred).

• Comfortable working with Chinese teams or in companies with Chinese business practices.

• Able to use Mandarin as a working language; strong cross-cultural communication skills are a plus
