
HR Assistant Specialist (Thai Speaker)

- Handle employees' queries via email, chats, or phone calls from Thai speaking internal employees (who are based in Asia region) as a HR Shared Services representative
- Manage employee personnel files and data management
- Be responsible for regional HR Shared Services activities and transactional processingBe assigned to the HR Shared Services Center project to optimize and automate HR business processes
- The role is based in Penang and will require on-site work during the initial phase, transitioning thereafter to a hybrid work arrangement
- Effective problem-solving skills capabilities, as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight deadlines
- Resilience as evidenced by the courage to maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them
- Able to prioritize work with proactivity and self-initiativeEffective communication skills, as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence employees and stakeholders through written and oral communications
- Focus on the customer experience and feel motivated when you successfully create a high-touch experience for your customerGood verbal and written English, Malay, and Thai language
- Handling daily administrative and transactional processingManaging employees' queries or customer serviceProject management
- HR Shared Services activities and processing (added advantage)
- Fresh Certificate / Diploma holder or with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Fresh Degree holder can be considered
- Subject matter expert in customer service
- Collaborate in an HR Shared Services organization
