Requirements:
  • At least SPM
  • Language: Mandarin, Malay, English
Scopes:
  • Responsible sales and purchasing activities according to company policies and procedures.
  • Process customer Quotation, DO & Invoice.
  • Ensure information on Delivery Orders and Invoices are correct when sent out to the customer.
  • Liaise with warehouse arrange goods delivery schedules.
  • Monitoring customer's payment.
  • Generate Good Receive Note(GRN) in system and matching Purchases Invoices.
  • Coordinate with vendors obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaise and coordinate with warehouses on inventory management.
  • Handle audit queries related sales and purchase.
  • Be part of the team in term of planning the workflow for continuous improvement.
  • Undertake any other assignments assigned by Superior from time to time.
