- Responsible sales and purchasing activities according to company policies and procedures.
- Process customer Quotation, DO & Invoice.
- Ensure information on Delivery Orders and Invoices are correct when sent out to the customer.
- Liaise with warehouse arrange goods delivery schedules.
- Monitoring customer's payment.
- Generate Good Receive Note(GRN) in system and matching Purchases Invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise and coordinate with warehouses on inventory management.
- Handle audit queries related sales and purchase.
- Be part of the team in term of planning the workflow for continuous improvement.
- Undertake any other assignments assigned by Superior from time to time.
