About the role As part of our centralized Inbound Sales team, you will play a key role in responding to client inquiries, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the best accommodation solutions within Blueground's portfolio. This is not traditional outbound sales, it's about building trust, managing the booking cycle, and ensuring clients receive a seamless, personalized experience from first contact to confirmed stay. What you&aposll be doing Manage inbound sales requests from multiple channels (phone, email, social platforms, and website inquiries) Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable Blueground properties Guide prospects through the full booking cycle, from inquiry to confirmation Actively manage your pipeline in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality client interactions Meet and exceed individual KPIs related to conversion rates, sales activity, and revenue contribution Collaborate with operations and customer experience teams to ensure a smooth handover from booking to move-in What we&aposre looking for 1-3 years of experience in sales, leasing, or account management , ideally in real estate, hospitality, or service-oriented industries Proven ability to manage client-facing conversations, including discovery calls, objection handling, and negotiations Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach, able to listen, advise, and close Tech-savvy with CRM familiarity (Zendesk familiarity is a plus) Self-motivated, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What we offer At Blueground, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding workplace for our employees.
