- Overall management of assigned territory as well as providing support for other team members.
- Participate in the sales budgeting process for the creation of detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives.
- New account development.
- Provide input for territory planning/restructuring.
- Assist Marketing in new product launches or existing product positioning by advising on sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on business processes as they relate to sales activities and processes.
- Provide technical and sales training to sales personnel when necessary
- Coach, guide, and conduct performance evaluations with direct reports
- Execute tasks for ‘Sales Force Effectiveness’, e.g., call plan, customer classification etc.
- Understanding the direction of the business and having a clear idea of where the business will be achieved.
- Establish relationships with Strategic Accounts and Lead HCPs within the assigned territory
- Identify, qualify, and solicit new accounts in accordance with Company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement account and HCP strategies and keeping strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Maintain high level of knowledge on the assigned territory, product range, roadmaps, competitor product, pricing, market share and key product differentiation. Report on business prospects, competitor activities, market trends and sales performance within the assigned markets.
- Continually develop excellence in product and technique knowledge, and selling skills of the team, by continual coaching and training during field visits as well as drawing on other resources within the company.
- Ensuring that marketing activities are implemented and suitably followed up within the assigned market.To contribute to the forward strategy of the assigned business as defined by the Division Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reporting requirements and in the annual budgeting processes.
- Work with Management team to improve the overall effectiveness and optimization of business processes.

- Ensure team complete compliance training /requirements within timeline set.
- Enforce compliance to company and industry regulations.
- Other tasks and business-related projects may be assigned from time to time
- •Above 5 years’ experience in healthcare/medical device sales management
- • 2-3 years in any sales management position
- • Ability to present financial information
- • Proven track record in sales management
