We take a solutions-oriented and collaborative approach, constantly innovating our business and products.About the Role:In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust full stack solutions using modern web technologies, with a strong emphasis on scalable, maintainable code. You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of our platforms by driving best practices in code quality, testing, automation, and performance optimization. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful systems that enhance workflow automation and significantly improve business efficiency for hundreds of thousands of users.Your contribution will be:

To be successful, we think you need:

Proven Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with a strong track record of delivering clean, high-quality code.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in full stack development with experience in front-end frameworks like React and back-end development using C#.
Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and lead impactful engineering conversations.
Technical Leadership: Ability to guide technical discussions, drive decisions, and mentor peers when needed.
Bonus Points: Experience with NodeJS is a significant plus.
