Quantity Surveyor

• Responsible for managing, monitoring and contract administration of the project.
• Manage and coordinate all project related contractual matter.
• Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials. constructions cost and procurement, variation order and final materials.
• Preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimate, tender document & Letter of Award.
• Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities.
• Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's monthly claims.
• Ensure that tender documents, Letter of Award, BQ, contract documents, quotations submission, etc are in order.
• Responsible for tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
• Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the senior position(s).
• Fresh graduated are welcome for joining
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Self motivated, have good communication skills and strong problem solving skills.
