- Evaluate, design and implement changes to organization structure based on work processes for the assigned Department/Division.
- Support culture change (leadership, team and individual) to improve productivity and organization effectiveness in order for change to happen and sustained at all levels for the assigned Department/Division.
- Manage cross-functional projects related to people or organization in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
- Engage closely and regularly with Management and employees of all levels to enhance working relationship, engagement and retention for the assigned Department/Division.
- Lead the identification, engagement, development and succession of high potential talents for the assigned Department/Division.
- Communicate, advise and coach People Managers for the assigned Department/Division in implementing HR policies, guidelines, processes and initiatives i.e. employee requisitions, selection interviews, onboarding, development plans, performance and salary review, recognition & incentives, promotion & transfers, talent identification, succession planning, leadership & team development, retirements & exits, employee wellbeing, employee benefits, disciplinary, grievances.
- Monitor, analyze and report Key Performance Indicators of workforce efficiency and effectiveness to the Management for the assigned Department/Division.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or related field or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- At least 5-7 years HR Generalist / Business Partnering experiences.
- Comfortable working in multinational environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Knowledge of MS Word processing, Excel spreadsheet; Power Point. Experience using SAP Success Factors would be a plus.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication savvy with proven ability to build effective relationships throughout all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations at all level within an organization.
- Good knowledge and experience in business management processes and people handling.
- Demonstrate an understanding of diverse personalities and behavioral styles to work collaboratively with a variety of people and to make informed decision around resourcing, reporting structures and relationships.
- Working knowledge of employment law issues and the ability to apply to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and common-sense approach.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, decision making, human relations skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
