- Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions.
- Oversee and coordinate the change management process, ensuring all change requests are accurately logged, reviewed, and delivered within the agreed timelines.
- Work closely with the development team to plan delivery timelines, ensuring that change requests are prioritized and included in the backlog appropriately.
- Lead the grooming of the backlog, working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define the scope of work for upcoming sprints.
- Ensure that the development team adopts a consistent testing framework and employs the latest technologies and methodologies in quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain the quality assurance strategy and framework, integrating it seamlessly with the change management process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of project delivery.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for change management and quality assurance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous process improvement.
- Manage and mentor the Change Management & QA team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in change management and quality assurance, applying this knowledge to improve internal processes.
- Coach team to strengthen Agile Methodology adoption
