About the job Supply Chain AssistantResponsibilities
  • Supports logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations, ensuring effective material flow and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling supply chain activities.
  • Support logistics, inventory, and material tracking functions.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and reports.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years. Preference for candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems and processes is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Valid Sabah Work Permit required for non-Sabahan candidates.
