- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing B2B key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored chemical solutions in collaboration with internal sales teams and principals.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic sales planning.
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates to ensure transparency and alignment with company goals.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy while staying accountable to team objectives and company values.
- Minimum 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in chemical trading or within targeted sectors.
- Mature and adaptable mindset suited for a fast-moving, small-team environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships, follow through on commitments, and work with integrity and discipline—especially in a flexible work setting.
- Preferably from a similar chemical sales background.
- A bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and industry visits as needed.
