Senior Finance Executive

- Supervise team and oversee financial close process.
- Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies.
- Financial activities include but not limited to:
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions
- Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPI are met
- Provide support for audit and tax related matters
- Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time
- Coordinate with external auditors to meet external audit deadlines
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new procedures and features to streamline departmental workflows
- Serve as the subject matter expert for relevant issues in communications with the business sites. Manage and assist in developing innovative and creative solutions that will help to resolve or minimize potential risk for our business sites
- Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications
- At least 7 years of working experience including 2+ years of management experience in a
- Experience in the financial industry includes sound technical knowledge/experience in
- Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility
- Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
- Able to start immediately
