Why does this job exist and why is it critical As digital services and APIs become a core enabler for businesses, Maxis is expanding its Telco API product offerings to help enterprise customers deliver seamless and secure digital experiences. The Digital Services Product Intern will support the product management team in developing and promoting these services, providing market insights, and helping to launch key initiatives like Maxis Mobile Identity for fraud prevention in banking and e-commerce. What are you accountable for Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape for Telco API services. Assist in developing product sales tools, presentation materials, and customer-facing documentation. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new product features and service improvements. Provide administrative and operational support to the product management team as required. Support the coordination and launch activities of new products and features, particularly the Maxis Mobile Identity (Telco API) offering. What projects will you be involved in Participate in the launch of Maxis Mobile Identity (Telco API) - a key initiative to help banks and e-commerce platforms prevent fraud through secure digital identity verification. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise business, marketing, and technical delivery teams to bring new digital services to market. What do you need to have for this role Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
