Thanks to a constantly growing network of over 40,000 top-shelf GPUs, including 3,000 NVIDIA H100s, Aethir is able to provide enterprise-grade GPU computing wherever it’s needed, at scale.Backed by leading Web3 investors like Framework Ventures, Merit Circle, Hashkey, Animoca Brands, Sanctor Capital, Infinity Ventures Crypto (IVC), and others, with over $130M in funds raised for the ecosystem, Aethir is paving the way for the future of decentralized computing.We are looking for a highly skilled L2 Engineer with expertise in Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS) platforms, cloud technologies, and proficiency in a wide range of tools and technologies including shell scripting, Python, Nginx, TCP/IP, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, AWS, AliCloud, Git/GitLab/SVN, and more.Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues related to our cloud technologies and services.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure and applications.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using shell, Python, and other scripting languages to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 technical support and respond to emergencies as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Linux system administrator with strong proficiency in Ubuntu and CentOS.
In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and AWS/AliCloud.
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, and version control systems like Git/GitLab/SVN.
Familiarity with networking protocols and services such as TCP/IP, HTTPS, VLAN, VPN, and AP/AC/PoE.
Strong scripting skills in shell and Python for automation and system administration tasks.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
