About the job INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERRESPONSIBILITIES1. Responsible in process time study, Capacity analysis, line setup and relay out activities.2. Analysis current operations, methods and resource utilization and recommend alternative method aim at improving efficiency in the use of material, man & machine.3. Develop and define a proper process flow and assembly station, process audit and working instruction verify.4. What-If Scenario Analysis.5. Responsible to ensure continual improvement and efficiency in the production processes by monitoring and maintaining process conditions and parameter.6. 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing or industrial process (Precision Technology)7. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and demands, make things happen and get results.8. Able to use AutoCAD to draw layout and submit for authority approval submission.9. Engage on new machine installation and buy-off activities.REQUIREMENTS1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
2. Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
3. Required skill(s): Lean Six Sigma.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture team spirit and cooperation.
5. Computer literate- Microsoft office, & Excel.
6. Good in English, Chinese and Malay.
