- To assist to coordinate and monitor the design function in respect to all mechanical and electrical works.
- To review design input for adequacy, compliance with statutory requirements, review, verify and validate design output and controlling design changes and modifications.
- To assist in planning and preparing Project Design Programmes and project design and build master schedule as required.
- To assist in preparing Authorities Submission Schedule and CF inspection schedule for each project as required.
- To liaise with the customers and other sections.
- To review, verify and validate design output as applicable as per procedures.
- To ensure conformance to the design and development procedures of the Kajima Total Management Systems.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
- Possess a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- More than 10 years' experience in related field
- Experience in Building M&E design consultant firm or data center.
- Experience in working with building design and built firm as M&E Design Engineer.
