Your Role in VT Markets As our Finance Business Partner you will report directly to the Acting CFO and work closely with our CEO to drive strategic financial decision-making across our global operations. Covering multiple regions and partnering with sales, marketing, and operational teams worldwide, you will be the critical link between finance and business operations. In this individual contributor role with backend support, you will provide financial insights and analysis that directly impact our ambitious growth from 360 to 700 employees by end of 2025, ensuring optimal resource allocation and business performance across all markets. Your Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive budget planning and allocation processes across multiple regions and business units. Conduct detailed manpower costing analysis to support strategic headcount planning and organizational growth. Prepare and analyze business unit P&L statements, providing actionable insights to drive profitability and performance improvements. Partner with sales, marketing, and operational teams to provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives and business decisions. Support C-levels in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic business reviews. Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities. Lead cross-functional projects related to financial planning, process improvements, and business performance monitoring. Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent financial processes and reporting standards globally. What Makes You a Great Fit Job Experience & Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred. At least 5 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in business partnering or financial analysis roles. Experience in financial services, brokerage, or fintech industries with exposure to multi-regional operations will be advantageous. Technical and Functional Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis across multiple business units. Strong analytical and modeling skills with expertise in Excel, financial systems, and business intelligence tools. Deep understanding of manpower costing, headcount planning, and operational metrics in fast-growing organizations. Soft Skills & Other Requirements: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders Strong business acumen with ability to understand and influence strategic business decisions across diverse markets. Collaborative mindset with proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams globally. Full-time office presence required (5 days per week) at our Singapore headquarters.
