- Support the design, implementation, and operation of SAP ECC & SAP S/4Hana in a production environment.
- Assist in maintaining and ensuring compliance with the SAP template for the Technology Center. - Contribute to the design, development, and operation of KPI systems within the area of responsibility.
- Execute activities related to further development and operation in accordance with IT processes, to ensure compliance, service level agreements, and enable process analysis; assist with initiating process improvements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer through documentation and handovers.
- Provide application management support for SAP ECC in the production environment and materials management (optionally, in-house material logistics, warehouse management).
- Support the S/4Hana Transformation@Eppendorf project as a team member or a sub-project lead.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and compliance with the SAP template for the Technology Center.
- Manage requirements (including coordination and prioritization) and execute the development of the required functionality within the area of responsibility.
- Independently execute implementations and changes within the assigned application area, as well as within the scope of sub-project responsibility.
- Provide support to the external implementation partners, including assisting with quality assurance of the services provided.
- Define test plans and test cases, as well as coordinate testing for developments.
- Ensure compliance with required regulations (e.g., CSV, data protection) within the area of responsibility, including all changes.
- Provide user support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level) and user training.
- Ensure stable operation of the supported application systems by ensuring timely resolution of all incidents within the area of responsibility, as well as assisting with the planning, coordination, and/or execution of system updates.
- Participate in international user support and inclusion in the IT on-call duty.
- Area of deployment: All companies within the global Eppendorf Group.
- 4 years and above of experience in SAP systems, with a focus relevant modules such as SD, MM, WM, PP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP certification in relevant modules is an added advantage
- Experience in SAP implementation or upgrade projects, including system design and configuration.
- Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd level support, with exposure to 3rd level support being advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP modules related to logistics (SD, MM, WM, PP), including configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business requirements and design solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with global business functions.
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and handle change management effectively.
