- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee relations and handle conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Manage administrative functions, including office operations and vendor management.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business needs.
- Prepare and manage budgets for HR and administrative activities.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resource management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
