We are looking Solution Architect that lead to overall architecture and design of a complex solutions. Accountabilities will be the understanding the existing application landscape and create transformation strategy and involve directly in the project execution on the project technology advisory and architecture design. The responsibilities are to develop functional responsibilities as follows ; IT Architecture Plan and Design Must have the ability to develop strategic relationships with Business groups and vendor partners Simplify the IT landscape by reducing complexity, diversity of solution and establishing consistency of approach within IT, covering IT applications, security, and Infrastructure architecture. Work with Enterprise Architecture team to design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance. Follow Enterprise Architecture artifacts to define the principles, guidelines, standards and patterns at the application level to ensure Understand application landscapes and technology details and provide solution to address technical issue. Able to develop architecture relevant documents and introduce new architecture processes 3.Policy and Standards Development and Compliance with Regulatory Solution Architecture Artifacts per project parameters and compliance with Enterprise Architecture requirements / standards Drive the development and maintenance of relevant application related design pattern, standards and policies for enterprise adoption 4.Staff Development and Engagement Regular Knowledge Sharing and Learning outcome Monitor staff performance, development plan, discipline and performance matters/issues Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports Requirements / Qualifications and Knowledge Skills / Attributes Degree in IT Engineering OR with relevant field educationn At least 7-10 years' experience in Project Management that specialise in Software Architecure Design and Implementation and Development IT Project Preferred consulting banking project or financial investment and market capital background Only shortlisted candidate will be notified our HR TA Team from Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad .
