Product Advisor/ Promoter (Klang Valley)

• Candidate must possess at least SPM with science background.
• Fresh graduates with no experience but a keen interest in the healthcare & nutraceutical industry are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia at immediate level.
• Independent & with good sense of responsibility and most importantly a sense of ownership
• Must be willing to work on weekend and public holiday.
• Skills Required: Product Promotion, Sales, Customer Engagement, Communication Skills and Brand Awareness

• Greet customers warmly and actively approach potential customers, give out product sampling to customers at stores.
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Actively listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or questions they may have and answer any questions about the products.
• Learn about our products to assist customers better.
• Build rapport with customers to create a positive shopping experience and foster brand loyalty.
• Create a positive image and lead customers to use the products. Convert shoppers from competitor's brand.
