Job Responsibility Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth sales processes. Ensuring excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries. Responsible for inventory management and strategic planning to increase sales. Performing other tasks related to store operations, such as furniture arrangement, stock handling, and so forth. Collaborating with the marketing team to conduct store promotions and increase sales, including conducting promotions via Live on social media platforms. Job Requirements Eligibility Criteria: Have experience in sales and customer service fields. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Knowledge of the furniture industry would be an advantage. Having experience a Live Host will be an advantage Proactive nature and ability to make quick decisions. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia language.
