Job Description

Manage and control overall planning from assessment of feasibility and budget allocation until project delivery and revenue tracking
To plan and schedule for project stages within the 3 constraints: scope, time and cost.
Develop full-scale project timeline for each project based on resource management.
Prepare and execute project kickoff meeting with key stakeholders.
To prepare weekly projects status or progress reports.
To work closely with Product Manager, Subject-Matter Expert, Tech Lead to prepare for preliminary requirements from business users prior to project business specification documentation signoff.
To work closely with Quality Assurance team and Development team on project deployments.
Establish contingency plans with backup resources and accommodations for prospective delays if needed.
To track proper project documentations.
To govern on Project Management Processes (PMP) framework in all projects.

The fit:

With at least to 5 years of Project Management skills preferably with Software Development project experience.
Agile involvement is an advantage.
Excellent communication spoken & written skills.
A team player and ability to work with all levels of people.
Ability to work independently and under pressure within tight deadlines.
