Job Overview The role is Responsible for partnership with HR Business Partners to implement and execute new and revised compensation and benefit programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure alignment of the Total Rewards in the relevant business unit and/or geography with the People Strategy, Global Total Rewards strategy and the Fundamentals of Rewards. Key Responsibilities Implement rewards solutions in alignment with global, regional, and market people and total rewards strategies. Ensure these solutions are effectively executed to meet organizational and business goals. Provide interpretation of pay, policies, and guidelines to assist HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in executing rewards processes accurately and efficiently. Act as a liaison between HRBPs and Global teams to address and fulfill specific business needs, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration Offer information, rewards analytics, and counsel to HRBPs to support various people projects, enhancing decision-making and project outcomes. Design benefit roadmap & propose benefit changes where there is no global benefit center support. Enhance global, regional, and local rewards solutions, guidelines, and governance processes to maintain alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Partner with clients (business units) to establish short-, medium- and long-term total rewards priorities Serve as the primary point of contact for business units on behalf of global total rewards function, ensuring effective communication and relationship management Work collaboratively with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and/or HRBPs to co-create total rewards solutions. Engage relevant COE Associates to perform and deliver total rewards solutions, ensuring these are tailored, integrated, and connected to business requirements. Ensure that all relevant governance processes are followed, maintaining compliance and integrity in rewards management. Hold ultimate accountability for client relationships, services, and business outcomes, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline A minimum of 6+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Human Resources (HR), compensation, or benefits. This experience should demonstrate a strong foundation in managing and executing rewards strategies. Proven ability to work independently while effectively partnering across organizational boundaries. This includes building trusting and credible relationships and understanding a diverse associate population. A clear understanding of global and cultural differences, particularly when presenting or communicating. This skill is crucial for effectively engaging with a diverse workforce and ensuring messages are appropriately tailored. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating rewards strategies, policies, and guidelines clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders. Ability to work constructively and effectively in a team environment, especially across different geographies and time zones. This includes collaborating with global teams and ensuring alignment with regional and local strategies. A strong appreciation for Mars Incorporated's culture, including its Five Principles, strategies, and philosophies.
