- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Team player with a proactive work attitude and strong execution capability
- Handle Marketing Order Processing
- Coordinate Logistics and Deliveries
- Manage company website & communication channels:
- Calls, emails, WhatsApp
- Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Google Reviews
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Provide accurate product, order, and service information to customers
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, retail e-commerce, purchasing) to improve service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using designated systems/software
- Stay updated on e-commerce products, in-store products, promotions, policies, and procedures
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by management when required
