Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales for our digital services - including website development, system integration, mobile app development, and digital transformation consulting. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.) Promote Zentechnica's suite of digital services to potential clients Understand client needs and tailor digital solutions to solve business challenges Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals Work closely with the project and tech team to align client expectations with deliverables Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using tools provided Attend relevant networking events, exhibitions, or conferences Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Responsible of end to end sales process Requirements Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or digital services industry Strong understanding of website development, digitalisation, or IT-related services Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus Own transport and willingness to travel, if required What We Offer Basic salary + attractive commission structure Performance bonuses and incentives Opportunity to grow in a tech startup environment Supportive, agile, and creative team culture To apply, send your CV and a short cover letter to [HIDDEN TEXT] with the subject line: "Application - Sales Executive".
