- Policy Details: Updating and maintaining accurate policy information.
- Coverage Limits: Adjusting coverage limits as required.
- Beneficiary Management: Adding or removing beneficiaries.
- Payment Terms: Changing payment terms and processing related adjustments.
- Process policy Information Requests: Process all types of policy administration requests efficiently and accurately. Prepare all related correspondence within the specified turnaround time.
- Verification: Verify the authenticity of policy information by cross-checking information with relevant sources.
- Cross-Checking: Cross checking the process done by junior staff
- Communication: Liaise with ES, HR, Brokers, Banca, other stakeholders to gather necessary information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
- Documentation: Maintain and update policy records and documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure all requests are processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Handle stakeholders’ inquiries and resolve issues related to policy administration.
