The HR Service Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily functions and ensuring smooth operations. This position involves handling various administrative tasks, managing employee records, and assisting with HR-related inquiries.

Manage employee records and ensure employee data accuracy
Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documents.
Review time sheets, attendance records, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, and policy updates.

Be part of a globally recognized organisation|Accessible to public transport

Minimum 5 years experience in HR operations, HR generalist or relevant experience.
Must be able to speak, read and write in mandarin as you are required to support China stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, startup company or in a rapidly growing organization.
Experience in HR project management is considered an added advantage, particularly for process enhancement projects where the identification of gaps and implementation of improvements are crucial.
