- Candidate able to travel & possess GDL / D license will be an advantage.
- Prefer candidate to speak Mandarin + English for internal communication and customer purposes.
- Assist internal stakeholders in handling ad hoc problem solving / checking / audit.
- Perform lorry, equipment and onsite hygiene and cleanliness, & maintenance check.
- Oversee operational-related matters.
- Stock check of inventory ingoing/outgoing company products.
- Perform audit on deliveries to clients.
- Managing documentations relating to products, machineries, & lorries.
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback and problem solving (involving expansion).
- Ability in handling & managing phone calls, including making necessary arrangements (24/7).
- Report all accidents and injuries, regardless of severity
- Perform other operational duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management
- Handling all government officer and visitors' enquiries
- Assisting in carrying out, preparing and maintaining the quality assurance program for documentation and audit process.
