Software QA Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Diploma with equivalent experience may be considered).
• Minimum 2-3 years of QA or software development experience
• Hands-on experience in black box and white box testing.
• Proficient in at least one development language (e.g., Python, Go).
• Experience in automated testing framework design (open source or commercial) with practical implementation.
• Strong understanding of software development principles including OOP, asynchronous programming, and common design patterns.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development, especially Golang and Flutter, is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with web servers (NGINX, Apache) and databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills required: Test Automation, Test Planning and Regression Testing.

• Collaborate with developers and project managers to define and execute testing strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Conduct different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, black box, and white box.
• Apply structured testing procedures and methodologies to ensure software quality.
• Utilize programming skills (Python, Go, etc.) for automated testing framework design and execution.
• Ability to write documentation and develop test cases.
• Perform both manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications.
• Report, track, and manage defects, providing clear documentation and feedback to the development team.
• Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) by integrating automated tests.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders to ensure product quality aligns with requirements.
