You Bring

3 to 5 years of retail leadership experience (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
Strong people and performance management skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Assistant Store ManagerSupport the lead. Energize the team. Execute with excellence.As Assistant Store Manager, you play a key supporting role in driving the store's daily operations, elevating team performance, and delivering the Vans brand experience. You’re second-in-command, stepping up as a leader while staying connected to the floor.Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and operational targets
Motivate and coach the team to deliver high-impact customer experiences
Oversee daily operations including inventory, staffing, and visual standards
Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager
Foster a culture aligned with Vans values of individuality and community

You Bring

2 to 4 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role
Proven leadership and communication skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Energetic, organized, and passionate about people and performance
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Lead by example on the sales floor
Support team performance, training, and development
Assist in managing store operations and customer service
Step in as manager-on-duty when required

You Bring

2–4 years of retail or supervisory experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
