
Hardware Assistant Engineer

- Assist hardware engineers in the development and testing of server-related products.
- Responsible for hardware functional testing, component stress testing, reliability testing, EMC, and safety compliance testing of server products and others.
- Based on relevant industry standards and national regulations, assist in formulating hardware testing requirements, designing testing plans, drafting hardware test procedures, and related standards, as well as compiling test results and reports.
- Follow up on hardware issues until they are resolved.
- Assist the R&D team in improving company standards and regulations, drafting test cases, and test plans.
- Keen and meticulous observational skills, with sensitivity to testing issues and phenomena.
- More than two years of experience in hardware development or testing, with a basic understanding of server testing; candidates with embedded hardware development experience are preferred.
- Familiar with EMC and EMI-related IEC standards, national standards, and environmental testing standards, with a solid understanding of hardware testing principles and methods. Proficient in using various electronic measuring instruments, devices, and test fixtures.
- Solid theoretical foundation in digital circuits, analog circuits, communication principles, and microcontroller fundamentals.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to read and interpret English documentation.
- Passionate about hardware testing, with a meticulous, responsible, self-reflective, and proactive attitude.
