The team in KL is currently seeking a Change Management Lead (SAP) with strong hands-on experience. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to facilitate employee adoption of new systems, processes, or organizational changes. This includes designing and delivering training programs and workshops to prepare employees for changes, ensuring they have the necessary skills and understanding to adapt effectively. Work closely with the Program Manager and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes on various departments and functions within the organization. Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure change activities are aligned with transformation objectives, delivered on time, and meet or exceed expectations. Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and employees, ensuring clear, timely, and transparent information flow regarding change initiatives. This involves identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change, developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns of stakeholders. Lead or support change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage, and reinforce change throughout the transformation life cycle. Utilize key methods and tools including stakeholder analysis and management plans, change impact assessments, change readiness and resistance plans, and change adoption and action plans. Define and measure success metrics to monitor change progress and adoption Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in change management roles, with a focus on large-scale SAP or ERP transformations. Experience leading change management-specific activities is preferred. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience applying them in complex, global environments. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - including excellent active listening skills. Ability to write clear, effective communications to a variety of audiences and to present to stakeholders using verbal and written communications. Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives from planning through execution and sustainment phases. Demonstrated conflict resolution, negotiating, and influencing skills. Project management and planning skills. Analytical mindset and critical thinking. Ability to cope with pressure. Good problem-solving skills. Team player and able to collaborate with others.
