Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Mobile Developer (React Native) based in Malaysia to join our growing engineering team. You will work closely with our senior engineers to support the development of our core mobile application. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of features for our React Native mobile application. Write clean, readable, and well-documented code for the mobile app, ensuring a good user experience on both iOS and Android. Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues with guidance from senior engineers. Work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to understand requirements and implement solutions. Participate actively in code reviews, learning from feedback provided by senior team members to improve your skills. Help maintain the performance and reliability of our mobile application. Learn and apply best practices in mobile development and the React Native ecosystem. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in software development, or equivalent through internships, bootcamps, or personal projects. Familiarity with mobile application development using Expo and React Native . Solid understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript , HTML, and CSS. Exposure to backend concepts using Node.js and GraphQL is highly desirable. Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL , MongoDB, or similar). Basic awareness or exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS . Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git . A strong desire to learn, grow as a developer, and tackle new challenges.
