Lead & Develop the Analytics TeamManage, mentor, and guide a team of data analysts.Foster continuous learning, professional growth, and high performance within the team.2. Drive Data StrategyDevelop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business goals.Define frameworks for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure consistency and reliability.3. Manage Data ProjectsOversee end-to-end delivery of data analytics projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.4. Enable Data-Driven DecisionsProvide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities.5. Maintain Data Quality & ComplianceEnsure data accuracy, reliability, and security.Uphold data governance, security, and compliance best practices.6.
