The Head &/or VP of Credit Admin will lead and oversee credit administration functions within the financial services industry, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in all credit-related processes. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive expertise in banking and financial services.
  • Lead and manage the credit administration team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee credit documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Monitor credit portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize credit workflows and reduce risks.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in credit reporting and analysis.
  • Provide strategic direction for credit administration initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve departmental goals effectively.
Exposure to Global StakeholdersCareer ProgressionA successful Head & VP of Credit Admin should have:
  • A degree in finance, banking, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills in credit administration within the financial services industry.
  • At least 8 years' experience in lending, loan operational processes and possesses areas of expertise in retail credit operations, regulatory and legal compliance.
  • Equip with functional and technical expertise required to perform core aspects of the job, including sound knowledge of lending, credit, treasury and trade financing, Regulations, and legal guidelines.
  • Proven track record in managing a sizeable operation team with strong exposure to both retail credit lending (including Housing Loan and Car Loan), and knowledge of relevant application systems.
