- Assist in engaging with the business for the strategic direction of claims management practices.
- Maintain high knowledge and expertise through training and industry networks.
- Demonstrate compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Act as an internal escalation point for customer communication and engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to claims teams.
- Assist in the analysis and reporting of results and trends.
- Ensure audits, analyses, and reports are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Provide coaching to individuals based on review outcomes.
- Monitor and implement improvement plans for performance management.
- Follow up on timely completion of action items from audits and health checks.
- Ensure claims operations comply with policies and regulations, manage risk controls, and support strategic governance through audits, assessments, and stakeholder collaboration
- Drive data-driven insights to support claims governance, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives through process reviews, system enhancements, and industry best practice.
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Preferably with Case Management Skills
- Previous experience in motor claims handling or a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Understanding of motor insurance policies, claims processes, and relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using claims management software and other relevant IT systems.
