Over the past 5 years, we have recognised and served > 5% of the 120,000 applicants on our marketplace. We do this by curating active job-seekers that are pre-screened by us every week. We then pre-select employers who will be able to access these talent. Hiring managers use our system to schedule interviews and make offers to shortlisted candidates, with interviews and offers being made within just 2 weeks of talent getting featured. In recent years, TribeHired has successfully expanded operations across SEA with focus on cities such as Singapore, Jakarta and Bangkok.The RoleJob Brief:

You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support. In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
Participate in requirements analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and microservice architecture
Write clean, scalable code using C# .NET Core programming languages
Test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor and debug code
Improve existing software
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

Ideal Profile

Professional Expertise: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar Experience as a C# .NET Core Developer Familiarity with the ASP.NET, .NET Core, AngularJS, JQuery, React JS, SQL Server, MongoDb, NextJs, Microservices and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model- View-Controller (MVC)) Experience with .Net Rest Api, .Net Identity, Role Based Authorisation, Multi Tenancy . Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST) Understanding of Agile Development methodologies
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Soft Skills / Personality Traits: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously within agreed deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment Friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous, and a self-starter Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment Passion for new technology and able to understand associated business processes
Quality-focused, clear communicator, professional attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills.
