- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Handling payroll related matters for the organisation.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, maintenance, and communication.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Support HR reporting and analytics activities to track key HR metrics and trends.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
