In your new role you will:
- Coordinate Package/Line CLIP performance through Improvement Projects.
- Set min/max wip target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range Performance .
- Lead ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved.
- Define number of equipment and resource required base on Line/Package Demand.
- Drive Cost Improvement Activities in Direct/Indirect Material Consumption.
- Lead PR improvement team in bottleneck processes.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering , Business Admin.
- Have background in Planning Systematic Tools (eg, Business Object , Cerberus) in order to derive and analys planning data.
- Have background in EXCEL , Powerpoint in order to establish daily , weekly and monthly Operation and key KPI report.
- Have background in coordination as required to coordinate improvement projects to meet Line/Package performance.
- Have some background in Industrial Planning as need to know on equipment UPH and managing of bottleneck process.
- Cost background as need to drive Direct / Indirect Material Cost.
