Job Responsibilities: Manages the day-to-day operations including assisting the staff, who support Administrative computing, Networking, User services, PABX/Telecommunications Administration, Access Control Backup, and other information technology functions. Coordinate with corporate IT team and establish IT departmental goals, objectives, operating procedures and for implementation or extending all necessary & required applications. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training & coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Participate in Procurement and vendor contract negotiations for all IT related Hardware, Software & Services. To forecast the IT related requirements, do annual budgeting and ensure cost effectiveness. Identify the problematic area, discuss with respective users & team, implement strategic solution. Firewall Administration, disable all unwanted ports, enable only required ports and policies based on request and necessary approval. Websense Administration, add or modify polices based on request and necessary approval. Manage Active Directory, support requests & issues raised in ARM IT & Helpdesk, support users on applications like Seclore, Risk, Compliance and other applications. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending & reviewing IT related workshops & publications. Education & Experience: Mandatory to have any Bachelors or Masters full time degree equivalent to Information Technology stream. Experience of having at least 15+ years in managing entire Pharma IT related operations as a Lead. Experience in manage any team size direct reportees. Experience in working closely with Leadership team, Vendors, Stake holders. Excellent Communication & Reporting Skills.
